THOUGHT FOR NEW WEEK:

As we enter the last week of June, let’s mentally rehearse the days ahead.

Before tomorrow begins, ask yourself:

How do I want to show up each day?
Who do I want to be by the end of this month?

…cause the end of the month arrives in few days…

Spend five minutes journaling or visualising the version of yourself that already lives according to those values.

How does this person move?
How does she speak?
What choices does she, he make?
What does she, he stop postponing?

Then, starting today, practice becoming that person.

Because transformation doesn’t happen in twelve months.

It happens in ordinary days that we decide to live differently.
